Job Description The Company Solis is recruiting with an exciting retailer growing its marketing teams. The Role Solis is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to support the Head of Marketing with a range of marketing activities with a focus on email marketing CRM data management. The role will also include working on other digital marketing activities and ad-hoc tasks, providing a great opportunity to learn and develop. Day to day responsibilities include: Building, testing and reporting on email marketing campaigns Supporting the Email Marketing Specialist with email design, deployment and performance analysis. Handling CRM data manipulation, cleansing and reporting. Reporting on overall site traffic, performance against KPIs, and sharing insights with stakeholders. Assisting with reporting and analysis of the customer journey including A/B and multivariate testing. Collaborating with internal teams on other marketing activities, learning and supporting teams members across all areas. Skills and Experience Required The right candidate will either have graduated from University with a marketing degree, or around 1 years relevant experience. You will have/be: Looking for an environment where you can and develop a broad range of marketing experience. Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Analytical in your approach, love to work with data and segment audiences to understand what appeals to different customers. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset. A flexible approach to work and a positive attitude. Strong Excel skills, with a benefit of Photoshop skills. Previous experience with HubSpot is desirable. Basic understanding of GA/GA4, HTML, and CSS will be highly beneficial. Benefits/Salary The role offers a salary of £27,000 for a graduate level applicant and up to £30,000 for someone with 1 years experience.
