This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in delivering transformational HR initiatives while providing essential support and guidance across the business. Role Overview: As an HR Advisor, you will collaborate with managers and the Senior Leadership Team to deliver an efficient HR service. You will handle a variety of HR activities, from employee relations to recruitment, and contribute to strategic projects that enhance engagement and organisational effectiveness. Role Responsibilities: Provide first-line HR support, advice, and coaching on all people-related matters Update and review HR policies and procedures, advising managers on implementation Educate teams on company values and embed them at all levels Manage employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management Support performance management initiatives, including probation reviews and improvement plans Promote mental health and wellbeing strategies, including occupational health referrals Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including apprenticeship campaigns Collaborate with the Finance team to update payroll and manage benefits administration Lead onboarding processes, including HR inductions in collaboration with Health & Safety Contribute to HR systems improvement and provide analytics reports as needed Required Skills: Proven experience in HR advisory roles Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices Ability to manage a varied and demanding workload Excellent communication and coaching skills Proficiency in HR systems and analytics Desired Skills: Experience in change management and system implementation Knowledge of mental health and wellbeing strategies Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration Experience: Demonstrated experience managing employee relations casework and contributing to strategic HR initiatives Salary & Benefits: £28,000-32,000 Comprehensive benefits package Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, standard business hours Working Location: Beccles, Suffolk Interested in this role?
