Learning Mentor - Support Role in Year 5
An outstanding primary school in Haringey is seeking a committed and skilled Learning Mentor to join their team from January 2025. This long-term role focuses on providing high-quality support in a Year 5 class, particularly in Maths, Literacy, and Phonics, ensuring pupils achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities for the Learning Mentor:
* Provide targeted support to Year 5 pupils, focusing on improving Maths, Literacy, and Phonics skills.
* Work closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver tailored interventions that address individual learning needs.
* Serve as a dependable Learning Mentor by helping pupils build confidence and achieve their academic goals.

The Ideal Learning Mentor:
