Hybrid Working – 4 days in the office at Ufford, Suffolk, and 1 day working from home. (Occasional travel required to Lowestoft, Suffolk – Business Miles Covered)
Main Purpose of Job
To provide a professional service on behalf of the Human Resources and Workforce Development team and supporting the implementation of the Council’s People Strategy whilst driving best practice, ensuring compliance with all Council policies and procedures are in line with employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Absence management stage 1, 2 and 3 processes
2. Supporting investigating managers
3. Recruitment
This is a full-time role on a temporary basis.
