Product Manager
Location: Central Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

As Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision and strategy, identifying customer problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
You’ll own the product backlog, drive prioritisation, and ensure successful delivery to delight customers and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with the CEO, COO, and SVP Product to create and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
* Partner with the Dev Team, UX designers, Data Engineers, and customers to define and deliver the product backlog.
* Define and prioritise product features and requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
* Map and optimise the user journey to ensure customers achieve their goals effectively.
* Manage the product life cycle, including updates and enhancements, ensuring ongoing competitiveness and relevance.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
* Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
* Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for the product roadmap.
About You:
* At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally working with cross-functional teams.
* Strong customer focus with some experience in user experience and outcome optimisation.
* Proven experience in digital product delivery, agile methodologies, and change management.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills (both internal and customer-facing).
* Skilled at managing internal and external stakeholders.
* Thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities, demonstrating resilience in overcoming challenges.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Experience working with teams across time zones.
* Previous FinTech or mobile app experience is a plus but not essential.
