Join us as an Email Campaign Analyst.
* You’ll be responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of marketing email communications to customers.
* Joining the email marketing centre of excellence, you’ll be working on the day-to-day build of our ad hoc email communications.
* This is an important role in which you’ll be the voice of the bank and deliver vital information.
* In this hybrid role, you’ll work from home some of the time, but you’ll also spend a minimum of two days a week working from the office.
What you'll do
As an Email Campaign Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and build of outbound email communications, contributing to the development of campaigns and technical workflows, using Adobe Campaign Classic. You’ll review campaign briefs, oversee quality assurance, and manage final proofs and approvals.
In addition to this, your responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring technical workflows and running analysis for campaigns.
* Troubleshooting and resolving campaign issues.
* Working with campaign coordinators on various projects.
* Ensuring agreed SLAs and processes are met.
* Working closely with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a coherent customer experience.
* Setting up, maintaining, and optimising ad hoc and automated communication journeys tailored to various segments and behaviours.
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for someone with experience in email development and deployment, using Adobe Campaign Classic V7 or V8. You’ll have a good analytical capability with an understanding of audience management, funnel metrics, and email performance analysis.
We’re also looking for:
* Strong HTML and CSS skills, along with working knowledge of JavaScript.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience and understanding of financial services or other highly regulatory environments.
