A1 Jobs is recruiting for a Sales Administration Co-Coordinator to join our client, a world-class specialist in their field. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a continuously growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process customer sales enquiries and orders, ensuring smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction.
2. Prepare and send quotations, negotiate delivery times, and manage order processing (input, acknowledgement, maintenance, and invoicing).
3. Liaise with Sales Operations Planners and internal teams to coordinate orders efficiently.
4. Handle export shipments, including liaising with carriers and completing transport documentation.
5. Manage customer queries and complaints professionally, maintaining a positive brand reputation.
6. Provide administrative support to Sales Operations Planners and assist with other sales operations tasks as required.
Essential Requirements:
1. Higher Grade English and Nat 5 Maths (HNC in a business-related subject is advantageous).
2. Strong administration skills and experience in sales or a similar role.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word at an intermediate level.
4. Language skills are an advantage (preferably French, German, or Russian).
5. Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to multi-task while maintaining high service standards and meeting deadlines.
7. Understanding of contractual terms and ability to interpret customer specifications.
