Leading Data Security MSP HANDD Business Solutions are recruiting for a results driven Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for driving new business whilst also cross-selling our portfolio of solutions to existing customers. Primary Functions • Responsible for new business development and cross selling into existing accounts • Developing a portfolio of customers and build key multi-level relationships • Working with the Sales Manager to develop specific customer accounts and execute opportunity plans in support of company sales goals • Meet and exceed Monthly and Quarterly Sales targets • Use the CRM system effectively and be responsible for the development, management, and closure of forecasted opportunities Education and Experience • Proven successful external sales experience, hitting and exceeding sales targets • Relationship management and new business sales experience. It is advantageous to have this in a cyber security setting but not essential. • Proven sales planning skills and experience, technically literate. • Proven track record of generating leads • Be comfortable leading meetings and presenting to executive level contacts within customers’ accounts • Able to effectively partner and engage with internal sales resources such as sales specialists, marketing, and solution architects • A structured and processed style of working with good time-management skills • Good analytical and forecasting skills • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills Additional benefits: • Attractive On target Commission Package • Company pension • Private medical insurance Salary Range: £30,000-£40,000 per year
