Role Overview: As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers to provide targeted support to students with diverse learning requirements. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the classroom, adapting materials, and promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with teaching staff to support students in class. Provide one-to-one or small group assistance as needed. Help create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment. Requirements: Experience working with students in an educational setting. Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills. Passion for promoting student well-being and success. Willingness to learn and adapt to individual student needs.
