We have a rare opportunityfor a well organised, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Admissions Coordinator. This post is based in our purpose-built unit and will include a wide range of duties relating to the Infusion Centre and Outpatient Parental Antimicrobial Therapy (OPAT). The service currently co-ordinates and manages a range of specialist interventions to patients from across the region. You will play a key role in the efficient day to day activities of the service. You will need to be able to deliver and maintain a professional administration and telephone services to the team and to all its users' patients, relatives and colleagues., You will provide high quality administrative support to the Cambridge Infusion Centre and OPAT
* be able to provide effective, efficient scheduling of patients
* be a team player and be able to balance several different tasks at a time
* be able to help support flow through the unit by keeping Epic up to date, and any other admin duties as required (booking of follow up appointments, to respond to telephone calls & emails, Photocopy and filing. etc).
