If so, this role as a Client Liaison Officer could be the perfect match for you About the Role: Client Liaison Officer In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional service and administrative support to a diverse range of clients. Working within a dedicated client team, you’ll ensure client satisfaction through high-quality interactions, efficient problem-solving, and professional communication. Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients, assisting with queries and updates via phone, email, and other channels. Supporting Client Managers: Assist with various client and business requirements, including onboarding for new clients. Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure client needs are met smoothly and effectively. Case and Client File Management: Keep client files updated, monitor cases, and assist in client audits. Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to enhance procedures, making processes smoother and more efficient. Administrative Tasks: Prepare reports, manage client-related tasks, and support with general duties as needed. Ongoing Development: Participate in training to refine your knowledge and skills.
