Reporting into the Operational Development Director, as the Technical Services Operating Centre (TSOC) Director you will have the overall responsibility to lead the TSOC operation. You will have 4 heads of function reporting through to you that are responsible for the end to end workflow management process supporting the Technical Services business. This includes a Remote Monitoring Centre. You will have stakeholder management responsibility of operational Managing Directors and their senior team. This role will ask you to deliver strong leadership and partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that we have best in class capabilities, skills and operations for all our customers/clients. Main Duties You will be a visible leader spending the majority of your time in the TSOC. You will spend time with the Heads of Function to review their development plans and ensure that we have succession plans that promote the growth of our people. Using your experience, you will create new stakeholder mapping that aligns to the changing needs of the TSOC customers. Being familiar with technology advancements you will be able to lead a programme of trial areas to create more efficient ways of working. Using your experience you will create a customer experience journey that maximises the teams we have and identifying what we need to provide service excellence. You will define what service excellence is and promote this across the Technical Services business. What we are looking for You will have lead a large team of 200 previously. You will understand and managed an operating centre across various aspects of service delivery. You will have great experience of prioritising change in a customer focused business You will be great at presenting and engaging in the way you deliver. You will have experience of realising and tracking business benefits. You will have experience in mapping operational Interdependencies and tracking the impacts of change.
