Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft) is a plus. At least 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a proven track record of leading and managing infrastructure teams. Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies. Experience of technologies such as Veeam, SQL, Office 365, VMware would be advantageous. Technical Skills Proficiency in network and system administration, including experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers. Strong understanding of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
