As the Change Lead, you will support the development and implementation of actions to enable and drive cultural change across the English Product Group globally and help us achieve our strategic ambitions. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading change management activities, stakeholder analysis, and engagement. Driving change metrics and capturing change impacts. Managing change teams to deliver the change.
* Overseeing communications and engagement efforts in collaboration with our communications lead. Conducting learning needs analysis and readiness assessments.
* Ensuring action plans for sustaining change post-implementation.
* Lead change agent/champion teams to drive engagement and adoption of strategic changes. Empower others to manage and report on their activities independently.
* Inspire others to embrace change initiatives, overcoming barriers through proactive collaboration. Support in preparing our people for these changes, primarily targeting behaviours and mindsets, but also extending to business processes, systems, and technology.

* Uses data from change readiness and impact assessments to inform decisions.
* Understanding of group psychology and behaviours, and their influence on change. Ability to design strategies to support managers in coaching their teams through change.
* Dealing with setbacks and learning from failures and adjusting behaviour as necessary. Reflects on and questions own assumptions to improve.
