(This role can be based anywhere in the Midlands area) Responsibilities / Tasks Perform service and maintenance tasks and compile comprehensive reports on observations. Conduct spare parts installation and service inspections following established procedures. Travel for job-related purposes as necessary. Execute investigations and troubleshooting as needed, providing written documentation of findings. Execute installation tasks as required. Perform testing and commissioning of equipment, ensuring all relevant documentation is completed. Maintain safe working practices at all times and adhere to Health & Safety policies. Provide continuous feedback on market conditions for overall business benefit. Conduct all activities in a way that ensures the health and safety of oneself and colleagues. Represent the company on-site with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Foster strong relationships with customers. Contribute to business growth in line with specified targets. Identify opportunities within the customer base for service sales. Develop relationships with prospective customers to generate new business opportunities. Your Profile / Qualifications Mechanical / Electrical engineering background Previous experience in servicing / maintaining machinery. City & Guilds 2079 qualification essential Preferred City & Guilds 2078 (Ammonia) Strong understanding of Industrial and Commercial Heating & Refrigeration A high standard of technical expertise in various types of machinery.
