YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a people-focused Engagement Advisor to join our talent team and help us keep the conversations going. If you’re passionate about connecting with people, inspiring action, and having a blast while doing it, this is the role for you! As an Engagement Advisor, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to ensure effective communication, collaboration and engagement.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As our Engagement Advisor, no two days will be the same and you will be at the heart of everything we do. You’ll play a key role in making sure our communication champions are always kept in the loop, heard and feeling valued. Your days will be filled with inspiring conversations, exciting events, and building lasting connections that make a real impact.
1. Connect with stakeholders and sites – build those relationships that leave a lasting impression.
2. Organise and execute fun, engaging activities and events, working with key contributors to ensure that the selected awareness days, national events and religious festivals are recognised and celebrated accordingly.
3. Create engaging content such as infographics, leaflets, flyers and posters for awareness day campaigns.
4. Gather feedback like a pro and use it to make our engagement strategies even more awesome.
5. Keep our engagement efforts fresh, innovative, and full of life – think outside the box and have fun with it!
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in Employee Engagement and Internal Communication, who is a skilled and creative writer. You should have strong project and campaign management abilities, with a knack for planning and coordinating events and initiatives. You’ll be innovative and confident in sharing ideas and suggesting improvements, along with exceptional written communication, proofreading, and editing skills.
You should be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels and adapt your communication style to different audiences. Being highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise a busy workload is key to success in this role. It would be desirable if you have experience of using design software such as Adobe InDesign and Canva.
