Hours- 33 Hours per week, working weekends on rota (Hours 2000-0800)
Recently renovated throughout, Lyle House Care Home in Roehampton offers specialist residential and dementia care across 4 floors of luxury facilities. Our amazing staff led by the Manager create a comforting routine for the residents and keep them safe & secure.

ABOUT THE SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT ROLE
Within your role as a Senior Care Assistant, you can really make a difference to our residents’ lives. Your responsibilities will include:
Aiding residents emotional well-being and social needs
Administration and monitoring of medications to residents.
Supporting residents at meals time
Mentor & assist new employees.
Implement, monitor and review care plans to meet residents specific needs.
Plan, allocate & supervise the work of the team of care assistants

Experience as a Senior Care Assistant & leading a team.
Be no stranger to working night shifts
Have a friendly & caring attitude.
Able to engage well with the residents and their families
Have an understanding of people with Dementia
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social care or willing to work towards this.
Great communication skills, both written & verbal.
