Marketing Manager - Fixed Term Contract What are we looking for? Techex is seeking a dynamic and high energy Marketing Manager to work alongside the Marketing Director to plan and deliver elements of Techex’s marketing strategy including the execution of ongoing brand activity, digital marketing, and content marketing strategies during a phase of accelerated growth and company transformation following significant investment into the company. The Role Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and reputation by ensuring consistent messaging and brand positioning across all marketing channels. Plan and execute Techex’s digital marketing and marketing led customer acquisition strategies. Coordinate the origination of regular content to drive marketing activities, whether curated, contracted, and/or created by the SMEs within Techex Collect and analyse data from various marketing channels, including digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, and website analytics. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and potential targets. Collaborate with product teams to develop marketing plans for new product launches, including product positioning, messaging, pricing, and promotional strategies. Develop and deliver creative assets in line with the brand identity across all channels e.g. social media, white papers, internal presentations. Manage, monitor, and enhance Techex presence across social media both promoting Techex software and partner technologies. Coordinate marketing and branding efforts across Techex events including trade shows. Manage the marketing elements of the CRM system (web analytics, customer targeting, A/B testing) Working within budget guidelines, allocating resources to different initiatives, and demonstrating a strong return on investment (ROI) Regularly report on key marketing metrics and campaign performance What you will need A desire to work in a fast paced technically focussed agile environment at a time of rapid growth and change Self-starter who is comfortable running multiple projects and events. Demonstratable track record of developing collateral, content and sales enablement working with product and commercial teams Experience in managing digital projects and running campaigns Ability to translate complex data into valuable insights and understandable terms and actions. Creative mindset An analytical and data led approach to validate market and customer readiness. Demonstrable track record of delivering successful growth using a variety of CRM and Digital marketing tools. Demonstrated success in designing and implementing marketing programmes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is highly desirable. Demonstrable experience as a Marketing Manager ideally in the Media, Broadcast, technology or SAAS industry is preferred Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools.
