We are looking to recruit a Team Manager - Older People team within the Social Care industry in Bedford.
Responsibilities include:
1. Monitoring of performance and quality formal and informal supervision to the team.
2. Attendance and contribution to performance monitoring meetings, team meetings, funding panels, and any other meetings relevant to the role.
Experience preferred:
The requirement is for a Social Work England registered social worker to act as Team Manager for the Older Peoples team while recruitment processes are in progress. The team requires support, supervision, quality, and performance monitoring for all aspects of work under the Care Act.
The team has 3 very experienced advanced practitioners who manage day-to-day operations. The rest of the team is made up of experienced social workers, social workers, and support workers.

Minimum Requirements:
1. SWE Registration
2. 5 years post-qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry
3. Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
4. Eligibility to work in the UK
