We're looking for a highly skilled Night Shift Logistics Manager to lead and manage overnight logistics on a landmark mixed-use development in the Kensington Olympia area. This large-scale site is undergoing significant transformation and requires a professional who can operate with autonomy, authority, and attention to detail. Role Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all night-time deliveries and logistics activities Supervise gate operations and ensure strict control of site access and egress Communicate effectively with subcontractors, security, and senior management Ensure documentation is accurate and logistics plans are strictly followed Uphold high standards of health & safety and site cleanliness overnight Provide clear handover and nightly reports to the day team Requirements: NVQ Level 6 Black CSCS Card - essential Demonstrable experience managing logistics on major construction projects Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage a fast-paced site during unsociable hours Immediate availability to start from Monday 28th April Why Join?
