Business Development Manager, Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics
You will create and implement the growth & go to market strategy for Cardiologs & ePatch in the UK&I, working closely with customers, indirect channel partners and local market organizations and conducting analysis of health systems, market sizes, reimbursement landscapes, and competition to positively impact market share.
Your role:
* Drive multiple new business initiatives, gather marketing intelligence, drive projects, compose value propositions and create business models to assess the feasibility of these new opportunities.
* Formulate AM&D UKI sales strategy and marketing plan with alignment to International AM&D activities.
* Provide Sales support for potential opportunities including providing product and clinical presentations, working with Account Managers and Channel Partners on Product Configurations, NPIs and Competitive Intelligence.
* Maximizing Order Intake, Margin, Market Share and Customer Satisfaction for the AM&D modalities and related business solutions and provide quality funnel visibility including forecast accuracy, installed-base protection and win/loss analyses.
* Develop key opinion leaders and successfully support the launch of new product introductions.

* Experience in sales, product management, marketing, and customer success management. Medical industry preferred but experience within the IT sector also considered.
* An understanding of channel partners relationship and how to support them with sales growth, preferably in the healthcare space.
* Experience with working in a cross-functional team and a strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role.
