2. Confidence in your ability to pitch, influence, and secure long-term client partnerships
3. Experience working towards KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced environment
4. FMCG market knowledge is desirable, but not essential
5. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for growth
6. Resilient, tenacious, and self-motivated — you don’t shy away from challenges
7. A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Organised and able to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
9. Passionate about delivering a high-quality, consultative service to clients
What We Offer
1. Competitive bonus/commission structure
2. 23 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
3. Extra days for your birthday & charity work
4. Access to industry-leading tech to support your performance
5. “Empowering Days” – work from home once a week
6. Online GP service & critical illness cover
7. Personal & professional development opportunities
8. Free mortgage consultation
9. Wellness Wednesdays & early finish Fridays
10. Two major company events per year + regular team socials
