As a key member of the laboratory team, this individual will work on multiple complex projects, addressing challenging technical issues and ensuring high-quality execution of experiments in compliance with safety and quality standards. The Lead Scientist will be responsible for identifying and implementing technical and operational improvements, collaborating closely with customers to address complex issues, understanding their needs, planning experiments that align with customer expectations, presenting progress updates on project milestones, and responding to customer inquiries.

Lead and take full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects, including maintaining and detailing project dashboards.
Take ownership of crafting customer proposals, including the technical content and estimation of work days needed.
Ensure flawless execution of experiments and projects, strictly adhering to safety and quality standards.
A BSc or equivalent experience in a relevant scientific/technical subject area.
Experience in the implementation of high-throughput automated methods and digitisation of processes would be an advantage.
Proven experience of working in a regulatory environment, ideally Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or a Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) environment.
Outstanding organisational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively determine project priorities and meet deadlines.
