Exciting opportunity to join our team of Ear Care Practitioners within Hidden Hearing in our Carlisle Hearing Centre. This role is 15 hours over 2 days per week. This role is ideally suited to a hearing care assistant; however, full training will be given if the candidate is able to demonstrate the skills necessary to perform the role.
Responsibilities
* Experience of patient care and customer service to a high level
* IT skills at a level that enables the use of the company systems and audiometry equipment
* Time and job management abilities to allow a well-planned and structured approach to workload
* The ECP role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
* Membership of BSHAA is encouraged, but not mandatory.
* ECPs are required to keep their knowledge and skills up to date with regular CPD.
