About the Role This full-time position offers the chance to work in a vibrant 3-form entry primary school, renowned for its commitment to supporting children with special educational needs. You'll play a pivotal role in nurturing and developing pupils with a range of needs, including SEMH, ADHD, Autism, and behavioural challenges. What You'll Do Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support. Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies to create a positive learning environment. Use your expertise to implement creative strategies that help every child thrive academically and socially. Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff. About You We are looking for candidates with: Proven experience supporting children with SEMH, behavioural difficulties, ADHD, and autism. A proactive, empathetic, and resilient approach to SEN. Excellent communication and team-working skills. A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential for the right experience.
