About the Role
Amica Care Trust is recruiting for a skilled Care Lead (Nights) to oversee a team of care assistants in delivering high-quality care to our residents. This is a full-time role, requiring 36 hours per week, including weekend shifts. The estimated annual salary for this position is £38,000.
Responsibilities:
* Leadership and supervision of care assistants to ensure excellent care standards.
* Assistance with medication administration and care planning to guarantee resident safety and well-being.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care.
* Proven experience in a leadership role within healthcare, specifically caring for the elderly.
* Proficiency in medication administration.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive team dynamic.
