Job Description
Key responsibilities will consist of:
1. Taking ownership of order fulfilment for a set of international brand and distribution accounts.
2. Delivering excellent customer service via email, phone, and in person.
3. Generating new orders through regular account contact (email, phone, etc).
4. Promptly processing customer sales orders.
5. Presenting the customer with monthly stock reports to support their inventory control.
6. Obtaining and analysing customer forecasts.
7. Supporting the Commercial team with the coordination, administration, and control associated with the introduction of new products and existing product changes.
8. Lead the management of the customer seal sign-off process.
9. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.
10. Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
11. Track and forecast key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results, annual forecasts).
12. Maintenance of sales order file and uploading sales order to the IT System.
13. Proactively contacting customers to coordinate the delivery of free issue components on time and in full.
14. Proactively introduce our product portfolio, offering installation advice, features, and benefits.
15. Coordinate and post out customer samples to support the Commercial team.
16. Support Commercial with the exit plan for the termination of any business.
The Successful Applicant
The relevant candidate will & should possess:
* Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as account management, business development, or a similar position.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport and trust.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
* Ability to analyse and interpret client data to inform decision-making and improve service delivery.
* Experience in digital forensics, cybersecurity, or related fields is an advantage but not essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
