Line of Service Advisory Industry/Sector Retail Specialism Technology Strategy Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary About the role We are looking to hire a Salesforce Delivery Manager to join our Customer Led Transformation team. The role involves overseeing project delivery for various Salesforce-related projects, from mid-sized rollouts to large digital transformation programs. Key duties include managing project plans, risks, and issues, coaching internal teams, and ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. Candidates will have consulting experience with a professional services or systems integration firm. What your days will look like You will be responsible for project delivery across a range of Salesforce-related projects, from mid-sized rollouts to full scale digital transformation programmes. You will be responsible for ensuring high quality, on time and on budget delivery through the full project lifecycle. You should expect to be involved in pre-sales activities, project discovery, and delivery through build and test phases to go live and post go-live support. You will be working closely with internal teams (global) and with clients. The role is multi-faceted and the proportion of your time spent on each aspect could vary from time to time. Responsibilities will vary from project to project but will include: Be responsible for planning, leading and managing all aspects of PwC delivery on a project or workstream Contribute to and review proposals as necessary during the presales process Develop and maintain project / workstream plans Run all workstreams for your project delivery including near/off-shore when necessary Ensure high quality delivery to time and budget Manage project risks and issues Coach and develop the internal team on delivery processes and best practice Develop and maintain a positive can do approach within the project team Where necessary work across multiple projects in parallel (which may be internal and external) This role is for you if you can demonstrate Consulting experience, gained with a leading professional services or systems integration firm within CRM and/or digital delivery Expert knowledge and understanding of digital trends and challenges across industries, gained through project experience, contribution to thought leadership, articles, client recommendation, etc Proven experience in providing leadership on complex, digital and front-office transformation initiatives, working with and/or running mixed technical teams to deliver the work Proven experience in project management including implementation of allocated projects to agreed timescales and within budget; leading discovery workshops; ensuring appropriate governance, project management methodology (Agile), process and reporting standards are applied Solid experience in managing software application development projects Ability to travel throughout the UK and overseas What you’ll receive from us: No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.
