Our client, a leading global communications company is looking to hire a permanent Creative Workflow Coordinator to work with their end client, a global insurance company based in Leicester.
As the Creative Workflow Coordinator, you will be part of the global creative production team, where you will coordinate creative projects across multiple channels, including print design and digital, to ensure the smooth day-to-day organisation of the studio and the creative team consisting of 10-15 designers.
Main responsibilities:
* Coordinating creative projects across multiple channels such as print and digital, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations within the studio.
* Supporting the Creative Services Manager in delivering exceptional design solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
* Serving as the central point of contact for all project work, managing workflows efficiently to ensure timely and successful project completions.
Skills required:
* A background in a similar role, such as Studio Manager, Workflow Manager/Coordinator, or Traffic Manager, within a design agency or in-house design team.
* Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.
This permanent role will be working 3 days from home and 2 in the office based in Leicester where you will have connections with the London and New York studios. (Free onsite parking is available).
