Education Recruitment Consultant

Moore Teachers is looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development/Recruitment consultant to join our team. The right candidate would ideally have some experience in business development and education recruitment, but must have a good understanding of primary education.
This role is varied and fast-paced and the ideal person would:
* Have the ability to multitask and manage the 360 recruitment process
* Ability and understanding to develop the business
* Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Self-motivated, tenacious and resilient
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent standard of written and spoken English
* Driven and passionate about building a career in education recruitment
* Have leadership experience or ability to mentor and develop team members
We can offer you:
* A starting salary of £25,000-£30,000 pa depending on experience plus commission
* A full-time role, 40 hours a week term time with school holidays on reduced hours
* Bespoke training depending on experience
* The opportunity for progression and development to Team Lead/Manager
