An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Store Manager to join a Global Jewellery business for their first store in the UK. With 9 stores globally and more to follow, you would be joining at an exciting time - combining your previous store management experience whilst supporting the growth of the UK plan.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand brand presence with a customer-centric approach.
Reporting into the Global Managing Director, you will play a valuable role in the recruitment of your employees as well as the growth of the UK operations with a plan in place to develop your career in to multi site / regional management.
Responsibilities
* Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
* Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
* Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
* Oversee stock and store operations
* Build long term relationships and develop a client portfolio
* Support in the launch of new products and attend marketing events where applicable.
Ideal Background
* Preference for those who have worked in Luxury Fashion / Jewellery
* 2+ years' store management experience
* Customer centric with a positive attitude
* Ideally can speak Arabic / have good experience of working with customers from the Middle East, UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Location: Central London
Salary: £45,000 + Commission + Benefits
