In this role, as the End User Experience (EUX) Manager you will manage the resource that provides support for all end user technology across OSB Group both in the UK and India for all end user technology solutions. This role works alongside the infrastructure, applications and security teams to ensure optimal end to end performance is achieved through the end user technology, as well as being responsible for managing the delivery of the end user technology roadmap (inclusive of technology, OS, production tools and supporting applications). Your responsibilities will include… Managing the lifecycle of hardware and software under EUT ownership, ensuring upgrades and replacement are well planned and budgeted for, protecting continuity of operation Automating, orchestrating and integrating processes to simplify build and distribution of the end user technology in conjunction with Digital Workplace Manager Managing the EUT Budget on an operational basis, input to budget planning and reforecasting ensuring all requirements have been factored in Working with chosen strategic partners and managing appropriate end user technology hardware within agreed service levels.
