Onsite IT Support - Salary Circa £40k

A bit about the job:
As an IT Support Technician, you will be resolving our colleagues IT issues from our onsite service desk which range from Dell laptops, desktops, HP printers, Apple iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and other Apple products. You will also manage software applications such as Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure and ServiceNow. Ensure both our team members and stakeholders IT issues are resolved in a timely manner with effective communication.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
* Preferred Experience with Dell laptops, desktops, Apple iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and other Apple products.
* Proficiency in managing HP printers.
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure and ServiceNow.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to Support as well as strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.

* Starting salary circa £40k depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
* Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
