Job Description:
As a Telesales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential guests, playing a vital role in promoting our properties and converting inquiries into bookings. Your expertise in telesales will directly impact our occupancy rates and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inquiries, leveraging your sales skills to effectively promote our properties and special packages.
2. Engage with potential guests, understand their preferences, and tailor your pitch to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, achieving personal and team sales targets.
3. Maintain a thorough understanding of all Lakes by Yoo offerings, including accommodations, amenities, and local attractions, to provide accurate information and address any questions.
4. Build and nurture relationships with leads, providing personalised service and follow-up communication to encourage repeat bookings.
5. Input and manage reservation data in our systems with precision, ensuring all bookings are processed smoothly and efficiently.
6. Work with sales on tracking activities and outcomes, providing regular reports on performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
7. Work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Reservations team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns, maximising outreach and engagement.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
2. Strong sales aptitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets through effective phone-based engagement.
3. Exceptional verbal communication skills and a persuasive telephone manner.
4. Ability to listen actively and identify customer needs, offering tailored solutions.
5. Proficient in CRM software and reservation systems.
6. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
