* Typical contract values for their London projects range up to £25m.


The Position

* Seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor for their London division.
* You will be assisting a Senior Quantity Surveyor across two Super Prime Residential projects in St John's Wood, NW London.
* The project values range from £5m to £10m and both are single dwelling Super Prime residences.
* You will be mentored by a proven Senior Quantity Surveyor with many years of Prime Residential project experience.
* Great opportunity to work in a very well respected commercial team and develop your career accordingly.


They are willing to hire candidates on a permanent salaried basis or on a freelance/self employed basis, but this is a long term career opportunity for which they are seeking candidates who want to learn and progress within the commercial team.


You will need to have at least a year of quantity surveying experience ideally within Prime Residential or London based high end refurbishment or fit out projects.
