Elevation Recruitment Group, Business support division are working with a busy and dynamic company based in Wakefield, known for its innovative products and exceptional service. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Customer Service Coordinator to join the Customer Service team.
Job Description:
1. Understand the full range of products in detail to a high level.
2. Assist with order processing, deal with amendments and any issues in terms of delays, faults, etc.
3. Hands-on approach – deal with invoicing, PODs and delivery booking.
4. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Service Administrators.
5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
6. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
7. Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
8. Use of ERP system.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a customer service leadership role in a busy environment.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
3. Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using an ERP system ideally D365.
