Conducting site investigations, soil and rock assessments, and geotechnical risk evaluations. Preparing and reviewing technical reports, design calculations, and specifications. Managing multidisciplinary project teams to ensure successful and cost-effective project delivery. Providing technical oversight and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Engaging with clients and stakeholders to develop strong professional relationships. Supporting business development efforts, including writing proposals and securing new projects. Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team development. Representing the company at industry events and technical conferences.
