We are currently recruiting on their behalf for a Sales Negotiator to join their team on a full-time, permanent contract.This position operates on a standard weekly shift pattern of Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 17:30pm.this position has a Competitive salary and commission package - OTE £33,500 Our client is a key player in the property management sector, managing a diverse portfolio of residential blocks. They are looking to expand their team with a dedicated professional who can manage properties to the highest standards and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality, and a strong work ethic. You will be expected to generate viewings, conduct valuations, list properties for market, and liaise professionally with clients and prospective buyers. Sales Negotiator Main Duties: Conduct property valuations and generate market listings. Arrange and carry out viewings with prospective buyers. Liaise with clients, maintaining a professional, respectful, and polite approach at all times. Follow up on viewings and generate leads to help the office meet its targets. Manage your own diary efficiently, ensuring an organised and structured approach. Work under pressure while maintaining high standards of customer service. Utilise IT systems effectively, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Oversee the maintenance and repair of residential blocks, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within budget. Sales Negotiator Desired Skills and Experience: Minimum of one year’s experience in property listing and valuing. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Confident telephone manner with strong communication skills. Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and support colleagues. Full UK driving licence. Self-motivated, well-organised, and committed to achieving targets. A passion for property and a desire to further your career with one of the Midlands’ leading estate agents.
