Job Title: Water Supplies Administrative Assistant
Grade: B
Salary: £23,893 rising by annual increments to £24,702 (pay award pending) - full time equivalent
£18,081 rising by annual increments to £18,693 - part time equivalent based on 28 hours per week
Hours: 28 hours per week, Monday to Friday
We would welcome a conversation with applicants to discuss how the hours could be worked over the week to agree on a pattern to meet Service requirements.
Location: The role will be based at Poundbury Support Offices in Dorchester with the flexibility to work from home / DWFRS Stations / Support Offices. There will be a requirement to attend Poundbury Support Offices approximately 1-2 days a week for key activities and meetings.

As a Water Supplies Administrative Assistant in our Assets Department you will:
* Assist the team in the scheduling of Hydrant Inspections and share relevant schedules with our team of Fire Hydrant Technicians.
* Forward hydrant defects and schemes to the water companies in a timely manner.
* Act as a main point of contact for internal and external enquiries.
