Job Title: PPA Cover Teacher Sevenoaks

Job Duties:
* Providing cover for planned absences of classroom teachers
* Delivering pre-prepared lessons across various subjects and age groups
* Ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for students
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively
* Communicating with colleagues and parents regarding student progress
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working in a similar role within a school setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and classroom environments
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
* Proficient in classroom management techniques
* Good organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional teaching certifications or specialisations
* Experience working with SEN students
* Knowledge of assessment and feedback best practises
Working Conditions:
* Work primarily within school hours
* Potential for occasional extra-curricular activities or parent meetings
* Collaboration with teaching staff and school leadership

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
