Responsibilities: Prepare meat in accordance with customer requirements Ensure all work areas, fridges etc are kept as clean and tidy as possible Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all our products Establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees, suppliers and customers Operate machinery in a safe and professional manner Drive between Fort William and Oban Deliver orders to customers throughout Lochaber and further afield Adhere to procedures relating to proper use and care of equipment and materials Understand the importance of required standards and use by dates, rejecting products as necessary Adhere to the company's health and safety, food safety and personal hygiene policies
