An entertainment company with deep roots in musical theatre are looking for a Design Assistant to join their creative team and work across the promotion of upcoming shows and titles. Joining a highly collaborative team, this role will be central to the coordination and workflow of the department. The Duties Coordinate project workflows for the Creative department, including maintaining the Creative Brief schedule, and tracking of opportunities. Be a brand expert, making sure all presentations are in line with the brand guidelines Work with external design studios to coordinate projects and ensure timely delivery Manage and maintain the Asset Library, editing assets where required. Develop creative assets - moodboarding, branding, marketing collateral. Assist with concept artwork from briefing to final output, ensuring adherence to brand guideline Produce various internal and outbound materials; concept, presentation and pitch documents.
