MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM – 5PM OR 8AM – 4PM

Responsibilities:
* Processing Gas certificates a day - involves updating system, updating Excel, and uploading documents onto Documotive for electronic filing.
* Taking inbound calls and documenting relevant information.
* Instructing engineers to carry out work.
* Diagnosing tenant problems when taking inbound calls.
* Scheduling work for engineers.
* Occasional calls out to arrange PHSC appointments.
* Sending and creating referral letters.
* Making, confirming, and rearranging PHSC appointments as needed.
Skills/Attributes/Experience:
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Proven customer service experience.
* Ability to multi-task and adapt.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
