Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation based in South Cheshire who are seeking to appoint an experienced Interim Finance Manager to join their team on a temp to perm basis. Based in Cheshire you will work a hybrid model, 3 days a week in the office and 2 days from home. This opportunity is ideal for a self-starting finance professional looking for a leadership role within a dynamic finance team. Salary/Benefits: Circa £50,000 - £60,000 per annum Hybrid working available (3 days in the office per week in Cheshire) Excellent benefits package Job Duties: Lead and manage junior finance team members. Liaise with Group Finance on reporting, tax, and accounting requirements. Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, including payment approvals and invoice resolution. Act as a key contact for interim and annual audits. Provide weekly/monthly P&L reviews and challenge financial performance. Assist the Financial Controller with month-end reporting. Support cashflow management and production. Manage capital assets and IFRS16 leases, maintaining a compliant asset register. Ensure strong internal controls and balance sheet reconciliations. Assist in financial statement preparation and regulatory compliance. Who will I report in to? Financial Controller When will interviews be taking place? Interviews will be happening as soon as possible. Ideal Experience: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred). Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Advanced Excel skills with knowledge of PowerPoint/Word. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. A team player with strong communication skills to engage across all levels.
