We're looking for a Customer Service Trainee Team Leader to join our Customer Services Team based in Basingstoke. Location : Basingstoke - Office based role Hours : 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday. What will you be responsible for? As a Customer Service Trainee Team Leader, you'll be working within the Customer Service Team, supporting them in day to day operations. Your day to day will include: Being a proactive and responsible manager, taking ownership of the Basingstoke helpdesk region and ability to step into the other team leader roles if required. Working effectively with other Customer Service Team Leaders to ensure an “end to end” service approach is always adopted, avoiding the risk of operational silos developing Day to day liaisons and supervision of the teams, ensuring all processes are followed correctly. Effectively communicating within the team and beyond, developing an open, trusting environment that respects contributions from individuals and recognises successes Knowledge of SLA's and KPI's in line with the contracts and to actively manage the team to meet contractual requirements preventing penalties against KPI's What are we looking for? This role of Customer Service Trainee Team Leader is great for you if: You are reliable and have the ability to get on with others, with excellent verbal reasoning skills Planning and organising skills – you have excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads, planning ahead to mitigate risks in demand or resource challenges You have experience in managing a team to achieve excellent customer service CTC Clearance is required for this role.
