Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Altrincham Job Type: Contract, Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £130 - £140 Per day Job Description Job Duties: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher Follow lesson plans provided by the school and ensure the smooth running of the classroom Manage student behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment Provide feedback to regular teachers on student progress and any issues that arise Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Enhanced DBS check Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Previous experience working as a teacher in a classroom setting Experience working with students of varying abilities Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students Organisational skills and the ability to manage classroom dynamics Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in special educational needs (SEN) Experience with virtual learning platforms Working Conditions: Work in a school environment following the school's policies and procedures Potential travel to different schools within the area Full-time hours with occasional requirement for additional duties or cover All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
