Role: Project Landscape Architect
Reports to: Studio Director – Head of Landscape

Purpose: The Project Landscape Architect will lead medium to large-scale projects and provide management support.
Key Responsibilities
Project Responsibilities
* Establish and document project requirements clearly.
* Lead the design and delivery of projects of varying scales or take a senior role within a large team.
* Contribute to project design and technical reviews.
* Assist with financial management and project resourcing.
* Support bids, competitions, and interviews for new work.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
* Coordinate design work with other consultants as necessary.
* Produce design and technical drawings.
* Develop presentation materials and reports.
* Adhere to project quality plans and maintain awareness of relevant processes and standards.
* Maintain project documentation as required.
* Perform other tasks as reasonably assigned.
Non-Project Duties
* Contribute to submissions for landscape bids, tenders, and competitions.
* Participate in studio and practice-wide meetings.
* Stay informed about projects and timelines across different studios.
* Maintain knowledge of the organisation's work.
* Manage personal continuing professional development (CPD).
Skills
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
* Strong design sensibility and drawing skills.
* Effective verbal and visual communication of ideas.
* Knowledge of UK legislation, planning, construction, and health and safety regulations.
* Proficiency in Revit and Adobe software packages.
Qualifications
* Full membership of the UK Landscape Institute Chartership or an equivalent international qualification.
