Our client based in Feltham is looking for a Administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient document management within an organisation. Key Responsibilities Support the administration of goods transportation, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across locations Communicate with freight partners and third-party service providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries Assist in managing import and export documentation, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Maintain accurate records for shipments, delivery schedules, and inventory, ensuring data is up-to-date in internal systems Help process purchase orders, invoices, and relevant shipping documents Organise and file all related paperwork for easy access and future reference Assist with tracking and reconciling inventory levels, supporting the team to ensure stock accuracy Work closely with other departments, including sales and production, to align administrative tasks with operational needs Support the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, helping to resolve discrepancies or delays when they occur Ensure that all processes are compliant with company policies, quality standards, and legal regulations, and assist in reviewing administrative processes for continuous improvement Skills and Qualifications Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Previous experience within an administrative role Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders. Problem-solving aptitude for handling challenges.
