Enhance Academy Trust and St Mary’s CE Primary School, Barnsley are seeking to appoint an inspirational Deputy Headteacher from September 2025.
Salary: L6 – L10
We are looking for someone who is driven, ambitious and committed to working in partnership with the Headteacher, staff, governors and Trust to lead the school on the next stage of its exciting journey. Our new Deputy Headteacher will share our vision and support the Headteacher to enhance provision in all areas raising standards even further. Our Deputy Headteacher will also lead SEND across the school.

• Can form strong partnerships with staff, parents, governors and colleagues within the Trust
St Mary’s will join Enhance Academy Trust in September and the successful candidate will benefit from a range of opportunities to work in partnership with colleagues within their Hub (four local schools) and the wider Trust.
