About Netomnia:
Here at Netomnia, we are in the process of bringing forgotten parts of the UK into the digital revolution – bringing some of the fastest broadband speeds the UK has ever seen to areas near you! We have invested £1.3billion to build to over 2.2 million homes and counting, and we are just getting warmed up…
We are looking for individuals who share our passion for fast, affordable full fibre broadband and those who would like to join us in our mission of keeping communities engaged; ensuring residents are fully aware of what we are doing and highlighting the benefits as we install our network in their local areas.
About the Role:
* You will be Netomnia’s first contact with residents in our network build areas.
* It will be your job to go door-to-door, following our network build program, and to inform residents as to what they can expect in their area over the coming months and provide them with more information about our ultrafast fibre network.
* To understand more about the community; from their current usage, the providers they use, average costs and then identify whether our network could be of benefit to them when we have finished our network build.
* To capture resident contact information so that we can keep them updated and let them know when our build is complete, and when they can make the switch.
Key Responsibilities
* We are looking for people of all ages who are confident in their ability to hold a conversation with residents at their doorstep and occasionally at local pop-up events – it really is that simple!
* To follow our build program and to ensure all residents in your local and surrounding areas are aware of our build rollout.
* You will be responsible for capturing resident contact details so that we can keep residents up to date; encouraging residents to join our network once our works are complete.
* This is a field-based role so you will need to be able to drive, and ideally have good knowledge of the area.
* Work towards weekly and monthly team conversation and conversion targets.
As part of this role you’ll be required to travel to some of (but not exclusively) the below locations:
* Bamber Bridge
* Barrow
* Lancaster
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Must have a full driving licence.
* You must be someone who enjoys conversations with new people.
* Ideally some experience in sales/lead generation/customer service/ field sales/telesales. However, this not essential as full training is provided.
* Good Knowledge of your local areas.
* Enthusiasm, motivation, and good work ethic are all essential.
* Excellent time management and organisation skills.
This role would be ideal for anyone wanting to get into Sales or wants to gain more confidence!
Why our people love working with us:
* Equity – yes, a real part of the company!
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
* Plus an extra day off for your birthday!
* Pension scheme that matches your contribution up to 8%
* Phone allowance
